How to Prepare

1. Mix 1 cup of Foxtail Dosa Premix with 2 cups of warm water until smooth and lump-free.
2. Set aside for 30–40 minutes.
3. Heat a griddle and lightly grease with oil.
4. Spread the batter and cook the dosa until done.
5. Serve hot with your favourite chutney or sambar.
