1. Product Authenticity & Quality
All our products are homemade, prepared using traditional recipes and high-quality ingredients.
Each product is Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) certified to ensure food safety and quality.
Product images and descriptions are for representation purposes. Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
2. Orders & Acceptance
Orders are accepted subject to availability.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
In case of rejection due to stock unavailability or any other reason, you will be informed and refunded promptly.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4. No Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we strictly follow a No Return policy.
Once delivered, products cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason including taste preference or minor damage during transit.
5. Limitation of Liability
Guhaya Products is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Allergen information is provided wherever possible; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to read labels and consume products responsibly.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
